Q-MoB Social Activities & Groups
We offer a wide variety of social activities & groups, which can include things like potlucks/curated dinners, coffee klatches, game nights, movie nights, etc. Email us if you want to explore leading or starting a social activity. Subscribe if you want to be notified of upcoming new social activities. And DONATE if you want to help us save lives by brining isolated men back into the abundance of community.
Q-MoB Recreation/Wellness Activities/Classes
We can offer a wide variety of fitness & wellness activities & classes, such as hiking, snow sports, kayaking/canoeing, fitness group/classes, cooking group/class, wellness classes, herbalism study group, massage/reiki exchange/class, etc. Subscribe if you want to be alerted about new Wellness/Fitness groups or classes. Email us if you want to explore leading/teaching or requesting a wellness/fitness group. All our groups will be free, sliding scale, or only the cost of admission if they are outings to venues that charge admission. We endeavor to make all our events accessible to people regardless of income. Please DONATE to help assure all our programs are accessible to everyone who needs them.
Q-MoB Arts/Culture Activities
We can offer a wide variety of arts & culture activities of interest to queer men, such as Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, Mass MoCA, the Clark Art Institute, PS21 Dance, Berkshire Theater performances, etc. Subscribe if you want to be alerted about new Arts & Culture activities. Email us if you want to explore leading/teaching or requesting a wellness/fitness group. Q-MoB Welcoming Team
Q-MoB's Welcoming Team tries to gently reach out to all newcomers to learn about their interests, goals, & questions. We also offer a group email for newcomers to post their questions, requests, and experiences and get support from other newcomers. Q-MoB is working with queer students at various colleges and young adults to learn about their needs for mentorship, internships, and scholarships to further their education, find work, and/or start their own business. Because so many queer men in the region are finding it challenging to find affordable housing because of skyrocketing rents and housing prices, Q-MoB has convened an on-going Berkshire Queer Housing Forum to explore creative and collaborative solutions. To empower Q-MoB subscribers & members to post things they need or want and then share information that may help someone find what they are looking for, Q-MoB has set up a group email Bulletin Board where people can post what they need/want and resources for getting that, as well as classes or events they recommend, or products/services they want to sell or buy.
