As an all-volunteer organization Q-MoB uses a decentralized structure of 6 teams (1. Board, 2. Outreach, 3. Program, 4. Development, 5. Web/IT, 6. Diversity) that support our program activity groups (e.g., Hiking Group, Bart/Pub Group, Potluck Group, Gardening Group, Fitness Group, Cooking Group, & many more that regularly bring men together to develop community, wellness, & fun. Each team is led by a Coordinator who also serves on our Board. Each Group is led by 2 Co-Facilitators who help the group plan regular activities & work with multiple activity hosts/instructors/facilitators. Below you will find a list of the leaders of each team and under the Program Team you will also see a list of the Group Co-Facilitators, and next to the name & title of each leader, you will see an email link so you could let them know if you want more information about what they do, how you might get involved &/or volunteer, or want to give them suggestions or feedback to improve their team or group. We also invite you to Nominate yourself or someone you know to learn more about any of the vacant positions listed below.
